Let me explain how a VIP sales program works. When a builder launches a new building it is sold in stages, the first stage is called "VIP". This is the very first price for the suites. These suites are sold on the first day. Once they are sold the builder increases the prices and sells another series of suites to other real estate agents and their clients. The builder increases prices again and releases them for sale to the general public.

Did you ever see a line-up of people for new condo openings? They stand outside for hours, sometimes days, walk in the door, see red stickers covering the availability board and wonder how that can be. The only people that are first in line and get the lowest price and best selection are VIP purchasers.
